We have an internal document management system that is referenced as attachments in some of our records. In Epicor 10, these links just work and they open in the browser, but in Kinetic, I am not able to get them to open at all.
Does anyone know how to get these to open as links like normal or if there is a way to customize the attachments slide out so I can add this functionality?

I am using the Kinetic Attachment slide out view. This shows the attachment table with Reference No, Download, View, etc.
My url is in the File Name column. I can’t ctrl + click it or right click it to open it.

No, I am trying to see if there is a way to accomplish this without the use of the edge agent.
Possible, yes. But not without setting up an api to pull the files for you from the backend, and pushing them back down.
