Hello Friends!
Scheduling is not my domain of expertise, so apologies in advance. We have an operation on a job that is flagged as not enough capacity:
This operation has no material assigned, finite capacity is assigned. Here are other jobs in the same time frame as this one:
It does fall on non-work days on our production calendar, but I thought the global scheduling process would schedule around the non work days. Any tips on where I should look? Thank you!!!

What is the estimated time for the operation? Also, do you run Generate Shop Capacity regularly?

Hi John,
Where would I find the estimated time? Is that the same as estimated production hours? We run generate shop capacity daily.

I would look at the Shop Load report for that resource. It could be that there is not any capacity at that time.

Thanks John,
This report shows we have capacity during that time frame:

Hhhmmmm. Capture the scheduling log when you run Global Scheduling and see what is in it for that Job.
