Subject: [Vantage] Operation Set-Up Time

We are new to Epicor implementing ver 10.1.400.  We are confused on how to enter set-up time for an operation.  For example:  Press brake has a set-up time of 20 minutes with a standard run quantity of 250 pieces.  The production standard is 65 pieces per hour.  How do we enter this in Operation on the Method of Manufacturing?

in the engineering workbench there is a block for set up time for each operation. You put your set up time in there, and then there is another block for production standard. You put the standard of 65 pc/hour in there. When they are clocking in, they would clock into set up time, then clock out of that and into production when they are running the parts.
