Privately-Owned Manufacturer with one plant in Quakertown, PA is looking for an Accounting Manager.
Overall job description:
The Accounting Manager will manage the organization’s financial and direct accounting operations. Duties will include managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditures, maintaining Fixed Assets using existing software package, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, providing timely and insightful analysis to the senior management and operations team as well as assisting in maintaining a strong internal control environment. In addition, this position will be responsible for Human Resources for the company. This will include employee benefit selection and administration, employee hiring process, 401k administration and other duties as required.
Epicor experience is required.
