All the Epicor printed forms use Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and can be modified using the Report Builder.
If you have the Embedded Education, there is a course on “Epicor SSRS Reporting”, and there is other information in the Epicor Learning Center. I didn’t see any Knowledge On Demand videos.
