Orders Not Closing After Customer Shipment Entry

Hello all,
I’ve noticed in our system that a bunch of orders have been Shipped and Invoiced, but the orders have not closed. And it looks like there are also no Part Transactions for these orders. Does anyone know how this is even possible?
These aren’t partial shipments. The entire order has shipped in these cases. All lines are marked Shipped Complete. And the Shipment is marked Shipped/ReadyToInvoice on the Shipment Summary.

We aren’t using Drop Shipments. These are only Customer Shipments.

I saw this other post which seemed similar, but this isn’t limited to just one user.

If the shipment is in Shipped/Ready to Invoice most likely you have the customer or orders setup as Consolidating Invoice.

Has anyone, by chance, reopened the orders to change pricing or anything for invoicing sake?

Sorry I never replied. I don’t recall exactly, but I believe it had something to do with a DMT to void either the orders or order lines… maybe.
