Ordinal 2821 could not be located

I recently did a client install of Vantage 8.03 with no issues.
However, after I installed a Crystal XI on the same machine I started
getting an error message when logging in. The message states, "The
Ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library
LIBEAY32.dll".

Has anyone ran into the same issue?
