OrigDcdUserID in service connect

I was able to change the OrigDcdUserID using a data directive if the user calling the method was service connect.

I would prefer handling it from within the workflow though.

Using the CharacterXX field is my fallback plan but I would prefer not
to have to go that route.

All of the reports and forms are based on the OrigDcdUserID field.
If I could get that to change in ESC then I wouldn't have to change any
reports or forms.

You might be able to override it with a datadirective or post processing
BPM. However, it might be easier to just stick it in a CharacterXX field
and reference that.

I am adding CRM calls to the system via service connect.

These calls are coming from our outside sales force.
They are currently using an offline system for entering calls.

I would like to map the userID of the original person making the call into the OrigDcdUserID field in the CRMCalls table.

I mapped the field in the conversion node but it is not taking.
It is forcing the value to be the userID I am using in Service Connect.

Does anyone know if it is possible to update this field?
