Jim & Todd,
Thanks. Now I can tell the supervisor it is possible to do.

We use Exchange 5.5 and I do not give them a SMTP address and that prevents
outside email.
They still are able to use email internally.

I am pretty sure there is a way in Exchange-2000 and Outlook-2000 to allow
internal email only but I can not find it. I could perhaps use the ORF spam
filtering to block messages from "outside" destined for certain users but
would rather not.
One of the dept supervisors wants to restrict some of her people to internal
email only -AND- any messages to these people from outside she wants to have
go to her. Is this possible? I can forward their messages to her and not
deliver to the original mailbox but I can't figure out how to block sending
to the outside (even if it is less than useful without being able to
receive).
Thanks,
Todd Caughey
