Hi Erik
The w98se machine is a P2 with 1gb of RAM running(?) a nVidia 4mb graphics
card. It's ok on small details but w2k pro is the way to go (never thought
I'd say that!).
I've recently seen it run on a high end XP machine through a good, powerful
graphics card, the refresh speed of big assemblies was very impressive.

Chris, I'm using a 3dLabs Oxygen VX1 which is on the 'approved'
grahphics card list. Did you have to make any other sort of setting
or Registry changes to make the Win98 machine work better? I made a
change to the registry and now the card is 'green' when I run
diagnostics under Tools/App. Options/Hardware.
Thanks!
Erik
