Thanks, Yes, after posting yesterday I did check the services accounts/passswords and noticed that the MetaFrame COM service will not start even though set as automatic. I played around with it for awhile yesterday and this morning to no avail. The account was "local account" and even if I try to force it to be Administrator it will not start, same when set back to login as Local Account.. Several other Citrix services are dependant on this one so I think this is the heart of the problem. Perhaps related are event log messages about services logged in as a user name... in particular Citrix SMA service which is one that cannot start due to MetaFrame COM service not starting.
Worst case...I now have a tech scheduled for 1pm tomorrow...so at least it will be working by the weekend when most people want remote access.

Todd,
Sorry if I am stating the obvious - a lot of services require the
administrator password and may not be updated with your domain
controller or active directory. Did you check all services started? If
you have Nfuse or something like that, you may want to "publish"
applications again. These 2 may help.

Subject: [Vantage] [OT] Citrix Question
Right after I changed ISP, and was assigned new IP addresses for the WAN
side of our firewall, and also right after I changed the Administrative
password on all the servers....our Citrix server stopped working.
Whether connecting via the IIS web server directly or from outside the
firewall via URL it gives the following error message:
"The system configuration is invalid or unavailable. Please contact your
system administrator." This is on the page that says "Web Interface for
MetaFrame Presentation Server".
My hunch is that when it was setup the Admin password was embedded in
there somewhere. Either on the Citrix server or the web server. But I
did not set it up and all the consultants from the firm that did are out
fixing daylight savings time issues for clients. Or perhaps the IP
address or a firewall setting did it.
Any ideas from the Citrix experts out there where I could look for
either issue? Since I am obviously connecting to the web server I
suspect the issue may be in it being able to talk to the Citrix server.
Thanks,
