OT Clients hang up when opening Mail(5.5 Exchange and Outlook)

There are a number of things to look at. Keeping is simple. How large are the mailboxes on these problem users? If you have size restrictions on the mailboxes, and they reach that point, Outlook can lock up on them.

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had a problem with hang ups with Exchange? It seems to
happen in a hit and miss fashion. There are several people locked out
because their Inbox won't open. Does anyone have any ideas? HELP!!!
