OT - Distribution Lists

If your running Active Directory, create the distribution list in AD on
the server and then the email will only show the list name in the To:.

I have a user that has created a distribution list in Outlook to send
Vendor Quality Reports out to on a monthly basis. When he adds the
Distribution List to the To... field of his e-mail message it appears as
the name of the distribution list. All of the recipients of the message
however can see all of the names and e-mail addresses of everyone else
on the list. Ideally we would prefer that only the distribution list
name would show up. Does anyone know how to accomplish that?

Instead of adding it to the To: put it in the Bcc: (blind copy) field which nobody will see. This does not make the dist list name show but it protects the list members.
