OT: Do you fax invoices

We don't but some of our vendors do. I think it's a feasible solution. The
cost of forms/paper, envelopes and postage are most likely less than a 1 - 2
min fax.

Depends on the customer. I would ask them first. Some of our customers DO
NOT WANT paper invoices and will fine us for sending one. But......
depends on your customer base.
