OT: Does anybody use SpiceWorks.com?

I run Spiceworks on my workstation. It does the best "out of the box"
agentless scanning and reporting that I've seen from any Inventory /
Helpdesk software. Being that Spiceworks is free, I recommend that
anybody interested just download it <http://www.spiceworks.com/signup/>
and give it a try. It's a quick, smooth install. Also the spiceworks
community (forums) has lots of good content.

We also use AdventNet ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus as our primary
Helpdesk system. It definitely beats Spiceworks in HelpDesk
functionality, but it's not free.

It's an ad-supported PC Inventory/IT Helpdesk. It appears to run locally on
your network but it uses an Internet Browser for its interface. It's not
made for big companies (over 250 devices) but it may be suitable for many
Vantage/Vista companies.

Version 3 isn't bad, but I'm purchasing a commercial auditing package
next year as Spiceworks auditing/reporting on software is just too poor.
