OT: Exchange 2003 - Multiple Messages

After further investigation it doubled up on his old messages and current calendar events. It seems to be isolated. I remember this happening before to a person and it never happened again. I think I will do what you suggest if it happens to him again.

Thanks for your help

Juliet

Have you tried removing this user's exchange attributes and then adding
them again? You could blow away the users mailbox and recreate it.

I have an individual that just was built an new XP PC. His old PC was
Win98. He has Office 2000 on his PC. We have Exchange 2003. He now is
receiving messages in in quadruplicate (4 identical messages). Does
anyone know how to stop this? Preliminary searches on the Microsoft
website have not provided any clues.

Thanks
