Would hope to trade ideas for ideas, as we don't have much of a budget for consulting on this as we muddle through it. Production Planner/Scheduler
Purpose:
Coordinate the flow of materials through a converting operation using the current MRP system and implement additional MPR practices to the current system to ensure all tools within the system are used effectively to monitor inventory levels, lead times, and ship dates.
General Requirements:
· Working knowledge of a MRP/ERP system. Experience with EPICOR or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
· Two year associate degree or equivalent work experience within a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
· Possess strong initiative, assertiveness, and sense of urgency.
