OT: Networking Switches

You should be able to connect the NEW Switch to your network on its own. Then just start moving your CAT cables to the new switch and they should reconnect the computers to the domain on their own.

Subject: [Vantage] OT: Networking Switches

Pardon me on this simple question, I'm new to our network. We have 3
10MBps 16 port switches and 1 10/100 switch. I want to upgrade our 3
16 port 10's to 2 24port 10/100's. How should I go about switching
over to the new switch? Shut down all the computers and the server
then connect them and then fire everything up? Any help would be
appreciated
