OT: No-Reply on behalf of for a Group Post

Just to keep with the spirit of Epicor, the auto-reply should have said
"unable to duplicate on current version - you need to upgrade".

I was informed that my request has been logged and a technician will be
working on it soon. I was given a 2w Tech Case # with the subject of the
post.

I just called them, they are working on fixing it and unsubscribing that
address from the group, it's inundated them with tickets this morning in a
new system they are trying to implement for their help desk tickets in
Salesforce.
