[OT] UPS Worldship - changing screen field descriptions

Worldship's database is MS Access. You might try going that direction.

I've been asked to change the shipment field descriptions in Worldship for the Reference fields. I know it can be done because Reference 1 shows as "Job Number" by default. I see instructions for changing for each customer but I need to do it for all. Is there are wildcard I can use in the customer ID field to change for all? Or some other editor somewhere to change the default screen field descriptions? Or some kind of untitlity outside of Worldship?

Any hints or ideas would be appreciated.
