Not knowing the model, Check to see how the media type is setup. Sounds like
you have spaces between your labels so it should be set for non-continuous,
then check that the sensor select is set to auto.

Does anyone know what the 'Error Condition Out of paper' message means. It's
not the obvious. If we power cycle, we can get 2 test labels but then it
gives this error message and won't print anything again. The labels we are
trying to print go to the print queue so it must be something in the
hardware??
Any help would be appreciated.
