Outstanding Quantity on Job Tracker

I’m reviewing the data for a part associated with Job 163984. The job is scheduled to produce 3,200 pieces, but Epicor is showing all 3,200 as still outstanding. However, when I look at the Part Transaction History Tracker, it shows that 2,816 pieces were moved from MFG to STK on 12/5/2024 from job 163984.

Shouldn’t Epicor reflect that only 384 pieces are outstanding instead of the full 3,200? What might cause this discrepancy, and where should I start looking to resolve it?

Is it possible it was never actually received to inventory? It looks like there’s some variance in there, and 2816 were shipped to the customer before the 2816 MFG-STK transaction.

@jhecker , check Job Closing. That will show you all activity against the job, shipped or received to inventory.
