Astonishing, but just realized that Override Price List functionality is not working in Quote or Order Entry. When you check Override, no data is available to select. Opened a ticket with Support and Development has acknowledged the issue with a retrofit being rolled out with 2025.1.17 on November 14th . . . which, of course is 2 weeks after our Go Live. : (
Big question is how does core functionality that’s been working since at least E9 get totally missed during Kinetic build?
Our workaround is that we’re going to build a small Configurator that will have the ability to pull in all the Price Lists for selection and then writing that out to the Line. Argh.
