Part master

Hi! - Most of our parts are in price lists which we can identify by going into “Price list Inquiry” and then I know how to modify prices by pulling up the relevant Price list in “Price List Maintenance”

However a fair amount of parts do not have a price list assigned to them. Under “Price List Inquiry” the come under Part Master.

Is there a way to dump this Part Master into a spreadsheet - I can then make a price list or add it to an existing Price list

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

PS - I’m comfortable with Excel than BAQs and such

You can create a Business Activity Query to export your current data, as in Parts list. If you have the Data Management Tool (DMT) you can then update/add records to Epicor via Excel spreadsheet imports.

Probably the easiest way, using the simplest queries, would be to create 2 separate queries, on on the PriceLstPart table and a second one on the Part table. Copy the results of each to separate worksheets in Excel, and then do a VLOOKUP to see which Part values don’t exist in PriceLstPart
