We have just upgraded live to 2025.2.6 (We did test this previously and had no issue) and some users are reporting that when they access PTHT they are getting an error and the Site is missing. When they click OK, the screen just looks like it wants to refresh but it doesnt! Anyone seen anything similar?
I seem to recall that, especially when coming from E9, that case sensitivity became a thing for PlantId. I believe there was a fix for it. Just throwing that out there.
Hi Mark, we upgraded from 2024.2.11 but it wouldnt surprise me if that was an issue
It does seem that the ‘System Managers’ dont have the issue though.
I have been sent that fix, i am not convinced but i am running it never the less.

I think i may have found a workaround in that i removed the site in question from the user and added them to another site. Then removed that site and added the original site back in. Two of the users that reported the issue are now working fine! Not really something that i want to have to do on all users and certainly not a workaround that will work if you only have one site.
Might need another hotfix.
