Parts not needed on the buyers workbench

If the line item on the PO was manually linked to the Job (via PO
Entry), I have seen where the PO Suggestions will hold onto the
suggestion until the Job Completes.
Thanks

could be causing demand to be showing for this? We run the conversion
6430 every sunday and this does not remove this from the buyers
workbench. The part is a subcontract part on the fly. Any other ideas?

The job has not been received complete? The job calls for 50 and only 49
received. On the last receipt, the job received complete was not checked
leaving a demand for the subcontract work.

We have a part that is showing up on the buyers workbench that has been
received and issued to a job. This part is no longer needed. What could
be causing demand to be showing for this? We run the conversion 6430
every sunday and this does not remove this from the buyers workbench.
The part is a subcontract part on the fly. Any other ideas?
