Hey friends!
We are seeing returned material transactions from a job still remaining in the PartWIP table. Is this normal? I would expect the transaction to be removed from wip if it was returned from the job.
I’ve seen that before. If memory serves me right, I had to request a datafix for our environment to clear out the parts.
Although I was just looking at the processes and saw this one. I’ve never used it before but it almost sounds like it for these scenarios. Maybe worth testing in PILOT or if someone else on here has tried it before has any experience with it.

While possible, it is not normal.
You will need to check the dates of the material transactions to when WIP was captured. It may have been issued after WIP was captured and not properly transacted back to inventory.
