Thanks David. Your explanation is very thorough and makes sense. I will play around with it soon and try to get it working. However, I’m curious if these customizations would carry over to the EKW handhelds since they aren’t using Kinetic with Layers. Would you agree?

That’s a good question. Since all of this is happening with kinetic layers, it would expect they may NOT happen for your EKW. But… a function or BPM may still get triggered when EKW performs certain tasks… so perhaps that would be a better fit in your case? :thinking: (sorry I missed the EKW men…
