Is there any easy way to paste from Excel just the sales order lines directly into the order without DMT? Nothing fancy, just need the Line Number, Part Number and Quantity.
Adding lines manually or using the native copy/paste functionality takes a very long time, especially on sales orders with 50+ lines.

yes, if you select the list tab and right mouse click in the grid anywhere you can select paste insert…ie copy from an excel, you just need to make sure the columns are in the correct order etc

Thank you! I will have to mess with it a little bit to see if it overrides pricing, descriptions, discounts, etc.
up to you if you want to let these default or if you want to set them to be what you want. Its a little trickier if you want to set them but one trick would be to export an existing sales order line to excel…this way you have the column format sorted in excel.
