Paste to Time & Expense grid

I am trying to enter labor by copying from a spreadsheet and pasting into the grid in Time & Expense. As a test, I manually entered data for one day. Copied from the grid to excel, updated the date, and attempted to paste to a different day. Transactions are all Indirect - which is the first column , however, error message immediately pops up. A valid Job Number is required.

Should we be able to paste transactions into this grid?

Jill,
I do not have issue with inputting Indirect labor records via the Excel - Paste Insert method. My Job number is also blank as yours is.

We’ve converted data from Vantage 6.1. I’m concerned that it may be related to that. Thanks for your response!
