Law requires we provide payroll check 24hours after a termination. Can I print a single payroll check for a user? We’re bi-weekly and its week 1.
I’m going to mess around in test environment, I believe I just need to delete the other checks from the list. Didnt know if there was a better tool to do this.
I think i got it just by doing New Check for one user instead of generating and deleting every other one.
They do not show up on generate after hours are satisficed from individual check post.

No good, still need help. Printed single check to satisfy hours for hourly employee but still shows up when generating checks.
Approved method is to re-assign the employee to different payroll class after all hours are being done reported, process payroll on this new payroll class (Generate Checks).
Considering noting their hours, doing an adjustment to 0, then manually paying them. That way when the next period happes, it will show 0 hours required and should work out.
