"Payroll Security Violation" in upgraded TEST environment

Hello all,

We are currently upgrading from 10.1 to 10.2. Users are doing acceptance testing in upgraded test environment and keep getting this error when accessing Time and Expense entry, or User Account Maintenance.

When I log in with the manager account to try to view payroll class, I get this error, even though account security says I have access to payroll module. Do I need to go through an additional step to get Payroll Manager access? The manager account has access to all groups in User Account Security.

I need to resolve this issue to continue User Acceptance Testing. Help!

Use Payroll Manager Maintenance to set up payroll manager records. Payroll managers are users who can set up payroll classes. They are the only users who can create these classifications, so they provide an additional level of security
for the financial modules. Payroll classes determine who should be paid during each payroll run.

Turns out this is a documented issue and I was able to resolve within the Conversion Workbench. There is a Knowledge Base article detailing how to fix - KB0048003.
