PCID Status is stuck "BUSY"

I have a PCID that is stuck in Status “BUSY” and I do not know how to free it.

I have checked the queue for requests that reference this PCID but none exist.

I have checked all of our handheld devices to see if someone left a transaction screen up, nothing.

I don’t know where to go from here. Suggestions?

BUSY - Indicates that a Parent PCID is in process of being physically built. Can also indicate that a PCID is being moved or adjusted, this prevents transactions executing against the PCID.
