Hello,
Currently in my environment, In some menus, personalizations allow you to order panels sequentially, and this order is applied to both the current details page as well as the lefthand navigation menu. The issue I am currently facing is that when saving a personalization, leaving and reloading the customer detail page, the new personalization is not applied and is either missing or being overridden by a different ordering. I have tried merging it into a customization layer in app studio, as well as setting the sequence number for the panels in app studio as well.
I have only observed this behavior on Customer Entry and not on any other menus. Is there anything I must do in Menu Maintenance? Would greatly appreciate any insight into this, thanks!
