Physical Inventory Blank Tags wont print

We are currently in the middle of doing an annual physical inventory count. We started the process by generating tags, along with 50 blank tags. I have added another 50 blank tags that printed perfectly fine. Our warehouse manager requested another 50.

I generated another 50 blank tags in count cycle maintenance, then go to reprint tags, select the new tags to print but it errors out. Not sure why. It will however print off any tag number before this last batch. Any ideas on why it won’t print the new blank tags? It also will not even let me do print preview.

My worry/concern is that when I generated this new set of blank tags, it skipped number 000035337.1 and that this could be the issue. Any input would be appriciated.

Here are the settings used for reprint tags, the tags selected are the new blank tags generated. 000035336 is the last blank tag from the previous batch, 000035338- onward are the new tags. Is there also a way to see what the error is in system monitor?

If you highlight the ERROR line and click on the Report/Task Logs it should explain the error.

If you go to report/task logs it will show you the error but I would bet it is saying “no records selected”

You have to select in the print window when you print tags to include blank tags. There is a check box under the print tags option, not reprint tags.
