I'm on 405A, SQL, and working with the PO Approval form. There's a context menu triangle in the PO Number box, but when I right-click it doesn't bring up the usual "Open With..." etc. Thinking it might be a permissions issue, I asked a legitimate approver to log in and I tested again, with the same result.
1. Is this a known problem in this version? I don't need to work in purchasing to see that it's quite reasonable for an approver to want to examine the details of the PO before acting.
2. If it's not a known problem, could/would someone please point me to instructions for maintaining context menus? I have a little bit of info on them, but not much, and I've not had to work with them until now.
