I was testing some PO Approval function and I am set up as the approver with a limit of $0. The user puts in a PO and gets a notification that I need to approve the PO. But when I go to PO Approval my name does not show in the Buyer ID drop down. I have someone else check it and they can see my name and the PO’s I need to approve. I am puzzled…what did I miss?
I am set up as an authorized user for myself and the person submitting the PO.
maybe I am looking at the PO Approval wrong…
When i open the PO Approval…am I looking under my name or the Buyer who sent the PO?
THis is strange too the Buyer shows set but in PO Approval they are not.
Yes I am an authorized Buyer under that buyer. I don’t even see my name listed in the the Buyer ID on PO Approval…these are the only names I see. I have added myself to a lot of buyers.
I figured it out…It was a dumb mistake on my part. I had 2 Buyer IDs…one form years ago when I used to work here…now I am back and I have all new accounts…so my old buyer ID was set as the Authorized user…UGH.
Now I need to figure out why my BPM quite working…
