When we create a PO release for an existing PO the release unit price is not matching the original PO unit price? and ideas what is causing this? we use very limited price list for one or two vendors. but seems to happen to those with and without price list.

I don’t have E9 to test this but, in my version, when I change the qty’s on the line or release, it refreshes the unit cost with the one from the price list. To prevent that, check the option ‘Override Price List’ before you start changing quantities or whatever.

What is happening, when we make a release the unit price default to a previous price not the one on the Master PO we are making the release from, I think it is using a last unit price, it should be the Master PO unit Price
@Dragos’s solution is correct. If you do not lock the price every date and quantity change will go back to the price list even on existing lines and releases.
