PO Showing as Open in Time Phase After Manual Closed in PO Entry (Partial Receipt)

Hi All,

I’m currently facing an issue related to PO closure for partial receipt.

Here’s the situation,

A PO was partially received, then I manually closed the PO in PO Entry.
However, the PO is still showing as “open” in Time Phase.

I need to reopen this PO and then close it again for it to remove from Time Phase.

based on the standard behavior, once the PO Line/Release is closed, it should no longer appear as open in Time Phase, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Has anyone encountered this before? Could this be related to unfulfilled releases?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have one specific instance of E10 where this seems to happen occasionally for reasons I have not been able to track down.

I did open a ticket on it and Epicor pretty quickly came back with a data fix, so it seems like it must be something they’ve had on their radar.

Going off of memory, but I think in our case it was transfer orders that were partially shipped/received/closed and still showing in PartDtl. The data fix deletes the orphaned PartDtl records.
