Hi guys,
My New PO suggestions are pulling $0 unit price for most of my materials, although they are correctly set up with a cost and I have done a roll up. Am I doing something wrong here?

I would have to do more testing to be sure, but I think that price is being pulled from the last time it was ordered. Has it been purchased before?
No never purchased before, we arent live yet I’m in the test database.
That does make sense, I guess material cost is just for cost analysis? Also, I assume setting a supplier price list would solve this issue.

material costs will be pulled into the job estimates, and if anything get’s issued it will use the cost in the standard. So for example, if they complete an operation and back flush materials before receiving does the receipt, it will issue at the the costing method cost in the system. Because of that, I look for things on jobs with 0 cost in the system and set the cost so that it get’s issued out of order, it still issues at a cost, rather than $0.
If your shop does things in the right order, that won’t matter so much.
You need a supplier price list to have price on the PO.
