Is this frowned upon on EpiUsers? If not, are there any guidelines to follow?

I see them from time-to-time posted in the “Off Topic” section. From what I can tell, no one seems to mind.

In the Yahoo!Group it was allowed first person but recruiters were still considered vendors selling a service. YMMV.
