Hello over the last 2/3 weeks our performance on epicor is really poor our server is on a 3rd Party server the memory seems to always be on 75% memory with 17% CPU every 5 minutes its freezing on everyones PC’s and then it works again its even slow opening order entry and random menu’s nothing has changed server setup wise I have noticed our VPN to the 3rd party provided disconnects on unifi every 3 minutes but its still slow when it is online.
On Prem:
Run the PDT performance tool from epicor on your server. If that looks good, then its probably running at normal (adequate) speed.
Cloud:
You get what you get unless support can solve it.
