Popup Error on Direct Transfer of Non-Quantity Bearing Part

Has anyone seen this?

When we do a direct transfer of a Non-Quantity bearing part, we get a popup saying inventory will go negative - Continue?

We have a part not marked quantity bearing. This is considered a service item to our customer. We don’t track quantity on hand. We just show the customer what shipto took this item.

This part is on every sale we have. This popup never shows up on a counter sale.

This is on 2022.2.26 current version. (missed on my upgrade testing).
This is on 2023.2.11- testing for upgrade. (only tested because the KineticUX version of Direct Transfers did not like our part number that looks like a date - xx-xx-xxxx).

**This transaction will result in a negative onhand quantity for Part:xx-xx-xxxx, Attribute Set: , Bin: INV.
