Something has happened with our positive pay file we export out of Epicor and upload to our bank.
It’s been 2 weeks since it’s worked. The last file that uploaded correctly was on las week.
I noticed there’s a header in the export file now which wasn’t there in the past. I deleted it and tried to upload again but it didn’t work. I realized I was exporting the file out of Epicor as CSV and not EXCEL. I normally export it as excel and then save it as a CSV.
Any thoughts?
