We are also on 305B. I just tried going through your scenario first
with memory cache turned on in part tracker (my normal setting). I
did not get any error. I then turned off memory cache and this time I
did get an unhandled exception error. Clicking on "Continue" on this
error does not get you to part tracker. I'll also submit this to
Epicor
Thank you to Steve regarding the holding down the shift key trick, I
didn't know that one and I think it will be helpful.
