Postal Code error for international

has anyone seen this postal code error. They are trying to ship to China via Fed Ex International Economy.

We have shipped to them before but had used freight.

Did you throw in a ticket with the quick ship team on Epiccare? They are a great support team.

Any one? Still waiting on Epicor support. I think is is the method they are trying to ship.

I meant to look at some of our China bound shipments. I’ll do that tomorrow. I feel like we’ve used FedEx Intl Econ for them but maybe not. We primarily use FedEx so I’ll be able to find some.
