Power Automate Desktop unable to select UI elements in Kinetic Epicor Screen

Hi Team,

I am new to Epicor,

Could someone please help me understand what settings need to be configured in Epicor before starting Power Automate Desktop UI Automation

To record UI Flows, a Power Automate Desktop app is installed locally. The message in your screen shot is saying that tool must be installed on the remote virtual machine if you intend to record actions on a remote machine.

I’ve not tried this with Epicor, but I;d assume it matters as to whether you’re accessing your ERP in a virtual desktop environment. If so, can you install the PADesktop App on there?

Not sure, but Epicor has a chromium browser extension that supposedly does this:
