User attempted to close Epicor and got an error message. Now every time he attempts to launch Epicor he gets an error screen before he gets the login screen.

Method: Load
Fixed by deleting C:\Users[user]\AppData\Local\Epicor
We have a user that gets this error every so often. No idea what the root cause is or why it only affects her though.

In our scenario it happens every ocne in a while to one particular user. The interesting thing about this users is that they frequently close their laptop (put it to sleep) with Epicor open, constantly leaving network and rejoining during the week without closing their Epicor Client, and they have a tendency to run their laptop until it shuts down do to no charge left on battery.
My guess is something gets corrupt in Epicor cache in one of these scenarios.
