Thanks Butch, I had no idea that you could track this way.

If you check in the eventlog for the server in the Application group,
Vantage logs when users login and what computer they logged in on
(example from my system: Login usernum 102, userid randa, on RafaelA).

I agree Paul this could also be the cause for the price change
attributed to
him.

Hi Paul,
Is there a effective date range in the Vendor/Price info for that part?
If the PO is outside of that range, or if the PO was entered with a
different price to start with, then when the PO due date was updated,
the price would have automatically been changed.

I have an employee that has access to change POs. His only
responsibility is
to change\add promise dates. Recently the change log has his initials
for a
price change. He says he did not change any prices on any PO. This
employee
is very trustworthily and I believe him when he says he did change the
price. I have seen vantage do some strange things but nothing effecting
price on a PO. Has anyone had a similar situation like this? Thanks in
advance. We are currently using vantage 6.0. Again thanks.
