Print Dialog

Yeah I've looked at both of those its odd. I rebooted the print spooler and the user swears it fixed it.. though it seems the same to me... Placebo Effect anyone?

Currently on Version 8.03.408B when we bring up a Print Dialog Box on any of the Vantage screen it takes everal seconds for the screen to load, and when we hit the Print Button it takes several seconds for the Dialog to disappear... Anyone heard of this before?

I expect you already checked into the processing delay setting on SystemAgent…The only other thing I have heard mention of is it seems to be related to the number of printers available…A longer list for that user takes them longer to load and unload?
